Pillar Type Power Presses Machine
  • Frame: The main body of these presses is manufactured from Steel with high Molecular stability to ensure adequate stength, stiffness and rigidity at full load.
  • Flywheel: Flywheel is mechanically balanced and Mechined from all sides. Though primarily meant for keeping the Machine balanced While in operation, it also serves as a Driving pully when the press is supplied with motorised System. In this case the desired V-Belt grooves are provided on the Flywheel itself. It's shafts runs in Anti-Friction Gunmetal bearing for an easy transmission of Power.
  • Crank Shaft: Crankshaft being the heart and soul of the Machine manufactured from Special Alloy Steel and is having large bearing surface for smooth running Special Gun Metal Bushes, finished to close tolerance are provided for long life.
  • Pinion & Gear: They are accurately Machined from selected material and have Helical Teeth made out on Hobbing Machine to ensure noiseless and smooth running. A Special steel/Gun Metal Bush is provided in the Bore of the Gear with Two to Four Keyways for quick operation and longlife. The keys of Alloy Steel and specially shaped to allow quick engagement and solid stroke when working. This ensures a long and satisfactory service.
  • RAM: The ram is made of special cast iron with chemical ingredients to withstand highest pressure and has round dies stroke hold and clamp, the adjustment which is by means of screws on the side.
  • Strock: The strock can be adjusted by a special provision of a worm gear mechanism to relieve the operator of undue strain.
    • Only the motor attachment is supplied in the motorised presses & they are without motor and electricals.
    • Machines are provided with allenbolt throughout the fitting.
    • Motorised or belt driven machines are supplied as per customer's specifications.
